Order Processing and Manufacturing Time

All of our products (fly screens, pleated blinds) are custom-made specifically to your provided measurements. Because of this personalized production process, please allow 3 to 6 business days for manufacturing and order processing before your item is shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout based on your choice:

• Standard Shipping: FREE. (Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after the item has been dispatched.)

• Express Shipping: 9 Euros. (Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after the item has been dispatched.)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (European Union)

For shipments to European Union countries, standard customs duties, import fees, and local taxes (VAT) are completely included in the final price you pay. No standard additional fees will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. However, please note that for purchases of 150 Euros and above, additional tax or customs fees may apply depending on your country's local customs regulations.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages During Transit

We pack our custom products with the utmost care. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sinperplise@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged box and the product. We will work to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
